Currently a Chair Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Tamkang University. Earned a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering (1982), a Master’s degree in Mathematics (1984), and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (1985) from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC); and a Doctor of Science (Sc.D.) in Ocean Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1993. Expertise includes underwater acoustics, underwater technology, sonar systems, thermal flow science, applied mathematics, and general education.

Currently a Professor in the Department of History at Tamkang University. Holds a Ph.D. in History from National Chi Nan University. Expertise includes maritime history, Taiwanese history, and Ming-Qing history.

Currently the Chair of the Underwater Cultural Heritage Committee of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS). Holds a Master's degree in Maritime Archaeology from the University of Southampton, UK, and a Ph.D. from the University of Southern Denmark.

Currently a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Tamkang University. Holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho (1988) and a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University (1992). Expertise includes integrated circuit design, signal processing, and fostering innovation.

Currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chinese Literature at Tamkang University. Holds a Ph.D. in Chinese Literature from Tamkang University. Expertise in classical poetry, Ming Dynasty literature, Chinese literary criticism, poetic theory, Chinese literary history, and classical novels.

Currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering at Tamkang University. Earned a Bachelor's degree in Hydraulic and Ocean Engineering from National Cheng Kung University in 1981, a Master's degree in Hydraulic Engineering from the Department of Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University in 1983, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa in 1991. Holds a license as a Hydraulic Engineer. Expertise includes air pollution, fluid dynamics, and engineering and environmental sciences.

Currently the Chief Technology Officer at Exploration Aquaculture Technology Co., Ltd. Holds a Ph.D. in Kuroshio Science from Kochi University in Japan. Expertise includes aquaculture science, marine environmental science, marine microbiology, and deep-sea water utilization.
